The light was extremely bright, moved very fast and seemed to be blinking. It was white from the outset then changed to a very vibrant green as it approached the horizon. I couldn't hear any associated noise but I was on the beach so could only hear the waves. I didn't see any streaks or tails along the path it had moved. Hoping someone can contact me and confirm what this is that I saw tonight??
